3r-p=8 ........... 1
2r-p=22 .......... 2
Subtracting both the equation we get,
r = -14
Substituting 'r = -14' in any one equation (lets say equation 1) we get,
3(-14) - p = 8
-42 - p = 8
-42 - 8 = p
p = -50
