Ok so im typing as fast as I can. Ok so 17^2/17^6 x 17^-3 = 17^2 / 289^3 (as 6 + -3 = 3). So it will be as a fration 17²/289³.

Remember, if its a x in indicies, its a plus and ÷ its a -
